Is Bill Herred partners with Scott Warren of Santa Barbara?

Stay Away!! I originally cotacted this company (owner Scott Warren of Santa Barbara) in Nov. of 2008. They were so attentive in the beginning (until they got ahold of my credit card number). It was strange how they returned emails, phone calls immediately at first. They made lots of promises about how they could help with my very complicated legal issues. It all changed once they got their dirty hands on my credit card number! They were all of a sudden impossible to reach. They did how ever manage to run up lots of charges on my card. They never did anything for me. They kept making up excuses, saying they need to do more research, etc.. The process was frustrating, we felt like we were chasing them in a circle. So after 6-7 weeks of nonsense, I finally notified them that they were not authorized to make any additional charges on my card until I had some proof that they had actually done something for me. They continued to ignore me, continued to charge my credit card & still did nothing. I have several emails from them saying they will not charge my card any longer. BUT, then another charge would show up on my statement. I finally had to cancell that credit card. Please don’t buy this company’s claims that they can help you file yor legal doccuments without an attorney, it’s a scam!!

I’ve learned the hard way that first of all, our system is not set up to deal with paternity fraud effectively. And secondly, there is no way around spending tens of thousands of dollars on adequate legal reprensentation. This company is nothing but a bunch of con-artists & thieves!

Buchanan, 33, was charged with conspiracy to sell marijuana, possession for sales of marijuana and cultivation of marijuana.”

That is the house where Forrest Buchanan first met with representatives of Shoreline Messaging, and we now have three other witnesses that can submit sworn affivadits that he is, in fact the drug dealer mentioned above.

In reference to my statement above, I offer Bill an apology. I should have never labeled you as a “conman”. For this I am sorry. We are all still hoping for the best and believe this is a good business. After reading other people’s comments about your past business issues, and knowing that it sounds SO similar to what is happening now, it is difficult to not feel frustrated and confused. I feel that this could be a great program if ever launched. But it just never seems to happen. If a financial report were released, it would allow the people who invested in your product to see that steps are being taken to move forward. Without communication about the funds, it just leads to questions. From what we are told, you are still trying to get this launched, and I hope this is true. If you truly have been working on this all this time, it would be a shame to have it fail. I think you are an intelligent man and can make this work, and I believe the investors have faith in you, but would like to see some results. Again, I apologize for my comment, but I hope you can understand how one could feel uneasy after reading about your past business dealings.

Bill Herred was operating his scam (eyepocket) in Soquel, CA. I am one of the investors. We were all told a fabulous story–too good to be true, apparently. As stated in an above statement, we have never received a financial report showing where any of the money has gone. We have repeatedly been asked to put in more money because “we are so close to launching the project”!Yeah right……it seems as though he just needs more income to pad his pockets. Our first red flag should have been in the very beginning, when he said he was listed on paper as the janitor-so that he could avoid paying more child support!! He’s a conman~no doubt about it!!! Oh by the way, I believe he is now in Hanford,CA.

Scott Warren is in government assisted housing. Does not surprise me. Amazing that our taxpayers pay his bills so he can turn around and rip them off. We all know the investor group he refers to thinks Scott is a fraud. I bet they would just laugh at him with any phone calls. This character type will believe their own lies. Sociopath…….

This type of personality will likely land behind bars. Taxpayers will contimue to pay for his housing in prison. Never ending cycle. Be happy the rest of us are not him.
