<description>[...] The most interesting idea from the interviews, I found, was creating Partners in Print, described by Kramer as &#8220;organizations that agree to print at least 10 copies a day of MinnPost in print and distribute them free to customers and/or employees.&#8221; In the Dec. 11 interview with Dave Kaufman, Kramer said Minnpost had 10 partners. Less than a month later, the website lists 54 partners, including coffee shops and government and academic institutions. [...]</description>

		<description>From Joel Kramer:

Thank you, Dave. Good piece.

A few updates, if you’re into the numbers:

1. Traffic is running around 480,000 visits a month, which is 20% above our projection for startup.

2. We now have more than 2,600 people receiving our email alert each weekday, an increase of more than 70% since we launched Nov. 8

3. We have more than 580 member-donors, nearly double our projection for 2007.

4. We have cut the print distribution that we pay for to 1,500 by eliminating locations that were less popular, but we now have 10 Partners in Print – organizations that agree to print at least 10 copies a day of MinnPost in print and distribute them free to customers and/or employees, and we’re expecting that list to grow.
