Good question.  I think Google Docs has a way to go before complex docs are second nature.  Page Layout in Word or Complex Spreadsheets from Excel are still better in the native desktop application at this point.

That said, I do think 95% of most people&#039;s day to day could be done there.  And as I have previously written the collaboration is second to none.  Revision history has saved me quite a few times.</description>

I am a huge fan of Open Office but have to admit some frustration when it tries to display complex spreasheets or Word files. Is Google Docs ready to take on Microsoft Office, or is it still a work in progress?
